From Erth, the creators of the sold-out Dinosaur Petting Zoo comes Taniwha! Dive into the deep and come face-to-face with creatures of great power.
What lies beneath the water? Big eyes, a beating heart and a thousand stories to tell of the land and sea. Go beneath the waters these school holidays and meet mysterious creatures of the deep up close. Stare into the eyes of the unknown in this interactive performance and discover the Maori oral histories that have preserved these stories of taniwha.
These holidays bring in the whole family to experience this dynamic live show.
For group bookings of 10 or more please contact bookings@aucklandmuseum.com or phone 09 306 7048. Suitable for ages 5 years and up.
Some scenes may frighten pre-school children. No taniwha were harmed in the making of this show.
