Spygame Audition

From the author or “Curtain Up On Murder” and “Murder Weekend” comes this comedy-thriller which weaves an intense web of deceit, intrigue and secrets. Prospective contestants for a TV reality show gather in a country house, aiming to win a large cash prize, but only if they survive the rigours of the ultimate Spygame! This excellent play offers seven good acting roles and will grip your audience until the totally unexpected ending.

Cast:
· Steve: 40ish – self opinionated, pompous, snobbish
· Claire: 40ish – amiable, smartly turned out, intelligent, attractive
· Lloyd: 40ish – itinerant actor, irrepressibly optimistic.
· Marie: 30ish – housekeeper with false middle European accent
· Daphne: 40ish – prim, dowdy, self-possessed, tough
· Sadie: 30ish – dowdy, slightly silly, naïve, nervous, ingratiating
· Major Daniels (Dan): 40ish – bright, boisterous, smug, bossy.
