Karapinepine draws on the life of a prophet from our past in order to look at the way we live today. It asks “Is there a prophet in each of us?” and “What forces shape the path we follow in this life?”

As part of Maori Language Week, Karapinepine is performed in 100% te reo Maori and is brought to Mangere with support from the Mangere Cultural Development Trust and Toi o Manukau.
