These classes review the Nordic Walking technique, tips to increase fitness and improve flexibility. You can attend any number of the listed sessions. Pre-requisite: "First Steps" course.

Cost: concession card available or $10.00 per class.

You may purchase a concession card for use at any of the "Techfit" classes or "Feature" Walks.
- 4 x session card = $35.00
- 8 x session card = $60.00
