Formed in Auckland five years ago and lead by Hamilton musician Bill Stoneham "Bold As" is a 10 piece brass ensemble styled on the famous Philip Jones Brass Ensemble.

The members of this group have collectively played with all of the top orchestras in New Zealand and Australia, performed extensively in the United Kingdom and Germany and worked with some of the country’s top jazz and big bands.

Presenting music from the Baroque through to the 20th century there is something here for everyone. Gabrieli, William Byrd and Bizet’s Carmen Suite are just a few of the works you will hear.
