Learn the ABCs of making amazing jams and marmalades that set properly every time. Rebekah and Phillippa from the People's Orchard will explain everything you need to know about how to produce the perfect jar of jam in this hands-on demonstration. Bring a 250ml jar or smaller.

This event is part of the Winter Series at the Grey Lynn Farmers Market. There are demonstrations and presentations happening every market Sunday at 11am at the Farmers Market throughout June and July. Everyone who attends an event goes into the draw to win a $25 voucher for Ripe Deli, Richmond Road. There are four vouchers on offer, all you need to do is show up!
