This workshop, for beginners and the more experienced, will highlight the simple ways of creating beautiful illuminated letters with gold leaf. If you are inspired by The Book of Kells and want to learn the techniques then this workshop is for you. Learn to design and create your own individual initials, filling in a background, using colour and paints, and finally gilding with gold leaf. Or learn to design a verse or quote that is special to you. This workshop gives you time to reflect and create in a special environment. Materials provided.
