Oxygen feat Tritonal (USA)

Presented by Nemiroff Vodka & Lead Events. Considered by many to be one of the most animated, exuberant and memorable acts to have ever toured down-under, Tritonal return to our shores for one show only, this coming July.

For those who witnessed Chad Cisneros & Dave Reed perform to a packed-out Auckland crowd in ‘09, this Texan twosome require little introduction. Their incredible debut appearance in New Zealand instantly morphed Kiwis into crazed ‘Tritonians’ and opened the flood-gates to a barrage of requests for Lead Events to bring them back.

Last month marked the much anticipated worldwide release of the lads’ very first artist album ‘Piercing the Quiet’ – paying homage to their early smash hit single, Piercing Quiet – showcasing an array of brand spanking new productions and a series of collaborations with iconic vocalists Meredith Call (Broken Down), Fisher (Slave) and the always impressive Cristina Soto (Everafter, Lifted).

The success of the album so far has been no surprise, with pre-launch remixes of Lifted from Mat Zo, and Broken Down from Ronski Speed and Shogun, making repeat appearances on Above & Beyond’s ‘Trance Around The World’ radio show, Paul van Dyk’s ‘Vonyc Sessions’ and Armin van Buuren’s ‘A State Of Trance’.

Having written, produced and remixed an outstanding discography in the last few years, it’s hard to imagine how this dynamic duo managed to whittle such an abundant anthology down to just the bare essentials – but the end result was well worth the wait, and we’re excited to experience the live ‘PTQ’ phenomenon when Chad and Dave touch down in July.
