Roadside on Roberts - Triple J

Roadside on Roberts - fifteen concerts over three weeks and it's all free to you. Whether you are a holiday maker or a local doesn't matter, come on down town and relax on the grass on the Colonel Roberts Reserve and enjoy an hour of music with us. Roadside on Roberts run weekdays from Monday 27th of December to Friday the 14th of January.

Building on the last two successful years we have returned some crowd favourites, spiced things up with new acts and dedicated Wednesdays to our local talent.

Triple J consists of Joel Shadbolt - guitar/vocals, Jeremy Harker - bass guitar/vocals and Jason Crawford - drums/vocals. Individual highlights include playing in L.A. with top session musicians, supporting Dragon and The Angels, playing New Years Eve in Cathedral Square to around 30,000 people and touring with Luke Thompson. As a band they bring a wealth of experience, energy and fun. We also recently played at the Tauranga National Jazz Festival with a full horn section from the New Zealand school of music which wowed audiences.
