Our Outrageous School of Beauty graduate “Charmaine” (Chazza to her friends) will be on hand with some classy West-style suggestions to help you take your fashion look to a whole new level. When your Outrageous makeover is complete we’ll take an Outrageous snap to capture your westie moment.
