A two thousand seven hundred mile walk that took Chris Baker from Canada in the north to Mexico in the south of the United States. The Pacific Crest Trail is the longest continual trek in the world. Chris Baker now living in Kerikeri, last year completed the trek. It took six months to complete and about the same time to plan. The Pacific Crest Trail appealed to me because of the distance; the deserts to high Sierras; the wildlife and the people you meet on the way. It's the sort of thing you only read about or see on the Discovery Channel

If you want to hear an Inspiring epic journey full of highs and lows, join him in a presentation on January 29th.
