Please join us in sharing laughter yoga (laughter exercises and gentle stretching and breathings exercises, no special equipment needed).

Everyone of all ages are welcome! Held at the Band Rotunda, Daffodil Gardens, Hagley Park North.

BYO picnic afterwards.
