Auckland Seafood Festival

The best seafood festival in New Zealand is back and in a new great location in Auckland’s BIG little city.

Held over the three days off Anniversary Weekend, the Auckland Seafood Festival is New Zealand’s premier seafood experience, a celebration of the best seafood dishes that New Zealand has to offer.

Treat yourself to a huge variety of fresh, local seafood along with music, entertainment, competitions plus a great selection of NZ wine and beer. The Seafood School returns again with cooking classes from top chefs every day, open to all visitors with no additional charge. An official festival menu will be produced so you can see all the great seafood dishes that will be on offer at the event, available from selected sponsor partners in January.

New festival areas are also planned with great new seafood formats. And we promise a great line-up of music & entertainment. More information on both of these in November.

We are proud to announce the event charities – Kiwi Can for Foundation of Youth Development and The Stellar Trust. ALL PROFITS from the event go to our charities. Our 2010 event raised $103,000 for charity.

The VIP Hospitality Package: The VIP lounge this year is better than ever. Located in "The Floating Pavilion" and berthed at Te Wero Island, it has the best position at the festival, overlooking the calm waters of the viaduct basin with a commanding view of the entire festival. Tickets are on sale now. General admission $15 and VIP tickets $175. No booking fees, delivery or courier charges.

Children 13 and under are free when accompanied by an adult.
