Grand Opening - Artisans Fair Bridge Market

Over 60 stalls are booked to come and be a part of the historic moment!

Lots of really fantastic artisans and crafters, gourmet food stalls - about 8 of these, organic and spray free fruit & veg stalls, plants, and several interactive arts stalls.

The Quarry Arts Centre is setting up a stall where folks can make a lantern for the FOLA Festival Lantern Parade and will also have $10 tickets for sale for the OPSHOP concert at the Quarry on Sunday the 18th September. Also at the Artisans Fair Bridge Market is Barnardos Whangarei who are setting up a kids' interactive art stall. And the Circool Waipu Circus group are setting up a sausage sizzle.

The community performance stage has a full programme of live music and entertainment.

Not to mention: that our Mayor Morris Cutforth will be saying a few words and officially opening the Bridge and Market at 10am.

A full day of fabulous activity, incredible arts & crafts, yummy food - and your community.
