Exercising is fun so get out of those office chairs and join three times New Zealand Personal Trainer of the Year, Mish McCormack, at Frank Kitts Park for free outdoor group exercise sessions at 12.15pm every Wednesday commencing 2nd of February 2011.

Designed for people of all fitness levels the programme involves walking or running followed by bodyweight and rubber band resistance exercises. Lots of fun is guaranteed and heaps of random spot prizes add to the excitement (check out the video at www.mishfitness.com)

Moving with Mish is good for your heart, will tone your thighs, help deflate that spare tyre and leave you bouncing off the walls. So put down that chocolate, grab your workmates and we'll see you there!

    Looking forward to the 2011 lunchtime session of fun and fitness, well worth coming along and giving it a go as it is a great 30 min exercise out in the fresh air.
