The Waikanae Music Society presents a rare performance of Schubert's Winterreise, widely considered to be the greatest song cycle ever written. Performing this profoundly beautiful work are tenor Keith Lewis and pianist Michael Houstoun, whose musical partnership spans decades. New Zealander Keith Lewis is one of the world's busiest tenors who has sung in concert halls and opera houses throughout the world with some of the most renowned conductors. Michael Houstoun is well known as New Zealand's most respected and accomplished pianist.
