The Miss North Harbour pageant returns after a 17 year absence. A gala event to find the young woman who will represent the North Harbour region of Auckland in the 2011 Miss Universe New Zealand and the potential to represent New Zealand on the world stage at the 2011 Miss Universe, the global pageant run by The Miss Universe Organization, a New York–based partnership between NBC and Donald Trump.
