Regular Exercise, Active Lives is the motto of the REAL team of women whose passion it is to organise events for women of all cultures, ages and fitness levels who want to make more of their lives.
The REAL team has always been proud to provide a series of duathlons so women can join in a multi-sport event if they can’t or don’t want to swim, or prefer not to get into togs. It’s the opportunity to:
- Get outside
- Get active - and
- Experience the thrill of being part of an event.
Through the years we have seen women who have been inspired by our nationwide duathlons to branch out into other events. They keep telling us they would like to try new events under the supportive, non-competitive banner of REAL and that’s why we’ve added a triathlon and a 5km walk/run to our line-up this season.
