Win a double pass to Raggamuffin for the next 5 years! Just purchase your tickets for this year’s concert and you are in the draw. Current purchasers are already in the draw but feel free to share the love and tell your friends. Tickets on sale at www.ticketmaster.co.nz

The countdown has begun for New Zealand’s biggest annual reggae event – Raggamuffin! It’s less than a month before Rotorua’s International Stadium erupts into a 12-hour music marathon, featuring the hottest reggae artists on the planet. Get your tickets today as demand for this event is huge and numbers will be restricted.

Headlining the event on February 5 are nine-times Grammy Award winner and recipient of four American Music Awards Mary J Blige and the artist who took reggae to the world, Jimmy Cliff.
The most successful reggae fusion act of all time Maxi Priest – who featured in the very first Raggamuffin lineup with UB40 in 2008 – returns to Rotorua. He will have the expected 30,000 crowd chillin’ in no time. The second youngest of Bob Marley’s 11 children Ky-Mani Marley together with The Original Wailers, and the king of Kingston, Jamaican Grammy winning reggae/dance hall artist Sean Paul promise to make Raggamuffin 2011 the best to date.

Inspired by Bob Marley as a boy, one of New Zealand’s most successful artists of all time, Che Fu & The Kratez have specially prepared a playlist to honour his reggae hero. New Zealand will also be proudly represented, with some of our finest Nesian Mystik, 1814 and Sons of Zion entertaining the masses.

Don’t miss Raggamuffin 2011 – 10 hot main stage bands, buskers, dee-jays, V-jays, village stalls and so much more!
