Celebrating 100 years
Home to one of New Zealand's oldest grandstands and with Mt Ruapehu as a stunning backdrop, the historic town of Raetihi will host the 100th Waimarino A & P show on the 19th and 20th February.
Gates open from 8am both Saturday and Sunday and this year’s event will feature a V8 simulator, remote control choppers and tanks, plenty of food stands including Mr Whippy, horse riding, flower shows and produce stalls, gift lamb, fun rides, wood chopping and fencing, horse, cart and a pet parade plus, the grand parade.
