Guided meditations and advice for a happy life drawn from Buddha's teachings.
Everyone is welcome to attend these classes regardless of previous experience of meditation or Buddhism. Start any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Each class includes guided meditations, teaching and discussion, followed by refreshments.
Held in the Education Area, Pataka Museum.
