Blue Collar Band

Blue Collar Band, one of Auckland's most popular covers bands (with a bluesy flavour) will be performing on Sunday afternoon 27 February from 5.30 to 7pm to entertain the residents of Papakura and surrounding suburbs at in Cenntral Park Opaheke Rd, Papakura. This concert is part of the Auckland City Summer Sounds in the Park. Why don't you join those people who come along to enjoy good music and a picnic in friendly and beautiful surroundings! If the weather is poorly then the gig may be postponed. BCB are renowned for their wide range of genres which include: classic hits, blues, soul, reggae, rock & roll, rock and even some country.

The band will be kicking off at 5.30pm through until around 7pm. Make sure you all come on over to Central Park to support both the Band and Auckland Council. Also, have lots of fun, and maybe say 'hi' to the Band members, they'd love to have a chat. Text all your friends too and make this afternoon one to remember ! The band's legendary blind guitarist/vocalist, Andrew (Wails - ex the famous Maori Radars Band) not only looks like, but sings like Ray Charles!

BCB are without doubt, one of Auckland's busiest bands which obviously relates to the quality of performance and broad repertoire of genre varieties to suit all tastes. If you have any requests or are celebrating something special come and have a chat with the band who will be only too delighted to help if they able.
