The 2011 event will visit Palmerston North on February 24th from Masterton via the Pahiatua track and back to Masterton on February 26th

Over the five days, the tour will have six stages and complete 510km.

Stage 1: Martinborough to Masterton (23rd Feb)
Stage 2: Masterton to Palmerston North via Pahiatua track (24 Feb) - Fitzherbert Ave Park
Stage 3: Criterium (Ashhurst) (25 Feb)
Stage 4: PN Criterium (25 Feb) - Railway Land
Stage 5: Palmerston North to Masterton (26 Feb) - The Square
Stage 6: City of Wellington Criterium (Lambton Quay) (27 Feb)

The NZCT tour with all the colour, drama and excitement of world class cycling, will provide a unique showcase for the whole region when it is screened on TV both nationally and internationally.

Sport Manawatu are organising two community events around the Tour. Come and support the tour on Friday at Ashhurst, on Friday evening at the Railway Land for a free BBQ tea and live entertainment and on Saturday morning at the Celebration of Cycling free breakfast.
