Coastal Challenge #2 – Milford to Takapuna.

A great session if you are relatively new to off-road or coastal running and/or you are entered in the 6-16km legs of the Coastal Challenge. We will focus on rock-hopping, sand-running, how to improve stability and how to feel confident on challenging terrain.
