This class is for Nordic Walkers with prior experience. The pace is soft and the class is fun, the session starts with warm-up exercises and ends with a cool-down. Classes are very popular so registration is essential.

Date: 7 February - 11 April 2011 - 9:30-10:30 (no class on 28 February)
Cost: Each class costs $5 + $2 pole hire.
