Rotary Harbourside Chinese New Year Gala Ball

Rotary Club of Auckland Harbourside Inc are proudly hosting a Chinese New Year (Year of the Rabbit) gala ball in support of Breast Cancer Research Trust. To date the Breast Cancer Research Trust has funded 13 significant research projects in New Zealand which represents over $4 million in grants. BCRT was founded by John Harman in 1997. John is one of NZ's leading breast surgeons and works with other high calibre medical and business professionals on a 6 person Board of Trustees. NZ might be a small country, but in the medical research world we have made major discoveries - and will continue to do so - with the right funding.

The gala ball will be an evening of excitement and fun which includes a sumptuous Chinese banquet with live entertainment. The traditional lion dance will be a highlight with live auction (of some generously donated prizes), raffles and dancing to the early hours.
