Anyway- hope you have a good show with a great turnout. HNY.

@RockyD, No this Foundation is the NZ Reggae group from Auckland. This Exodus Festival is 100% NZ Bands. May add Internationals in future festivals.
@Char5 - Yes you are fine to use the emailed tickets.

My friend gave me her two tickets and they were the ones that were sent to your email and had to be printed off. Will I still be allowed in even though it has her name on them??

Is the Foundation group the recording artist from Jamaica from the late '80's who recorded the album entitled Flame; hits such as Beverly Hills, Heart Feel It, If They Could They Would, Animal Mind Human Body, etc?

Exodus will go ahead rain or shine. There have been plenty of festivals in the past with rain and it looks like all New Years Eve festivals will have some rain throughout the day. We are keeping a close eye on the details rain forecasts on the Metservice which has light rain all day. However these forecasts can change and we will be keeping a close eye on things. The festival will continue though.

Due to the forecast, we have put in 5 Marquee shelters in the GA Bar area and we have increased the area we had set aside for gazebos. We are also allowing gazebos that are 3m x 3m. Space for gazebos is limited though so first in first served. We are also going to create a bag drop off stall. Once again space is limited so first in gets the service.

Despite the expected wet weather, we are still looking at a high of 23 on the day so it will be warm. We are doing our best to ensure everyone has an awesome time at Exodus. Many thanks.

Hi. The weather forecast suggests heavy rain all of Saturday. I know you've already stated the festival will still go ahead if raining, but if it does get really bad, how will we know the festival is cancelled if it is? Also, is there much shelter around for normal paying ticket buyers? Cheers

Exodus will going ahead if its rain or shine. The forecast is for rain but still a high of 23. We are encouraging people to bring some wet weather gears but it should still be warm. Cheers.

Weather forecast is crap for next week or so... Will the concert be cancelled if it's raining?

Basically your mate would need the same id as if he was getting asked for ID at a nightclub. Does he have a passport he could bring just in case? Otherwise get a temp drivers license? You'd think most 33 years olds wouldnt need ID as they look old enough - Im not much older and havent been asked for since I was 20! Taking ID for a 33 yr old is more a case of 'what if' he gets asked not 'when' he will get asked. Any ID is better than no ID if he does get asked though.

@maassen, 600 VIP tickets are sold. GA tickets can go up to 7000 if demand allows for it. Anyone with VIP tickets has preferential parking at the site. All bus info is on our website http://www.reggaebynature.com/bus-info . The traffic management plan has been written up by the Fulton Hogan and approved by NZTSA. For all details about getting into and out of the site see our wbsite or click on this link http://www.reggaebynature.com/reggae-concert/map-and-directions . Hope this helps. Cheers

@ata_babes, since you have purchased your tickets online through Eventfinder you dont actually get physical tickets in your hand. You get those types of tickets if you purchased your ticket from Ticketek or from a Ticket outlet. Its all good though, all you have to do is print EACH ticket you got in your email and bring it to the show. That is your ticket and they each have a unique barcode to make sure they can only be scanned once. Hope this helps. Cheers

    1. How many VIP tickets will be sold?
    2. How many GA tickets will be sold?
    3. I have VIP tickets. Is there parking for our private vehicle?
    4. Is there still plans for a bus service to and from venue? What route will these buses be taking?
I went for drive down Bell Road as far as I could. The venue must be beyond the private property. It's pretty tight getting in and out. Any info will help as we are trying to plan our travel / accomadation to attend Exodus. Can't wait!!

Hi guys, Answers to your Questions below:

    1) You cannot take chilli bins in sorry. There are heaps of food and drink stalls inside for the punters. You are allowed to take in a SMALL shade cover in but not a large one. 2m x 2m shade is ok.

    2) If you are lucky enough to have a VIP ticket, these people receive:
    Private Shaded area
    Preferential parking
Separate Toilets for the VIP section only
Priority Entrance to get you into the festival quicker
Private Bar for the VIP area only.
    Private Food area

    3) Yes the entire festival site is R18. No under 18s allowed on premises sorry for this concert.

    4) All VIP online tickets have sold out. Only a handful of tickets are available to local people who can buy them at Brewers Bar Mt Maunganui.
