Dead Fools Fiesta

Righto, winter has buggered off so what better is way to welcome the summer than a roadtrip to Raglan to skank it up at the Yot Club.

Wholetonemusic presents a night of supreme live music from three of Auckland's top live acts.

Featuring:
Dead Fools Fiesta: Dub, rock, reggae and soul styles are always delivered with precision by these blokes from the Waitaks. Their live show is always tight and will feature material from the second album which is on the brink of release.

Acetones: Is a brand new instrumental band paying tribute to the early Jamaican ska and reggae greats. Drawing inspiration from '60s ska acts like the Skatalites and the studio 1 sound. With members of classic NZ bands such as Skatilator, The Managers, Roofdog, Skaface Claw and the Earthtone Rockers these guys are veterans of the genre.

Ox / West Auckland superband: Ox were undoubtedly the finest 2 piece band one could see. Telepathic brotherly voodoo responsible for the awesomeness perhaps. Boom - throw in a bass player and extra vocalist and these guys are now unstoppable, just looking for that elusive name for the band as the title Ox has been now been dropped. So for now, West Auckland superband.
