Join us as we feast on a smorgasbord of funny with some of the world’s best comedians as they gather for this year’s “Comedy Christmas Cracker – The Feast“. Recorded live for TV at SKYCITY Theatre, on Friday 25th November - “Comedy Christmas Cracker – The Feast” features a tasty spread of local and international stars.

Hosted by one of the hottest acts currently on the live circuit, multi-award winning UK comedian, Jason Cook. Known as one of comedy’s best MC’s, Jason has dazzled NZ audiences in past sell out NZ International Comedy Festival shows with his irresistible charm and playful wit and returns to NZ especially to serve up “Comedy Christmas Cracker – The Feast ”!

And … we’re excited to announce joining us will be two of Ireland’s most delicious stand ups NZ’s favourite whimsical musical comedian David O’Doherty and for the first time ever in New Zealand, Des Bishop.

Also on the menu are two of Australia’s finest stand ups, host of TV’s “The Gruen Transfer” Wil Anderson and Tom Gleeson known here in NZ from his appearances on “7 Days”, plus to make sure the night’s peppered with punch, arguably NZ’s best stand up and the star of TV2’s hit show “A Night At The Classic”, Brendhan Lovegrove, and one of NZ’s most established comedians Jeremy Elwood.

In a show bursting with comedy delights, included on the bill of fare are some of our most sought after comedians - 2010 Best Female Comedian and 2011 Billy T Nominee Urzila Carlson, 2010 Billy T Winner and the young gun of NZ Comedy Rhys Mathewson, and NZ’s #1 stand up impressionist and 2011 Fred Award Nominee Simon Mckinney, plus the hilarious Vaughan King, Wellington’s Youtube sensation Matt Mulholland, and recently returned home from the UK circuit, Terry Frisby.
