Auckland’s Big Little City brings Christmas to Aotea Square from 16 – 24 December. You’re invited to enjoy live entertainment from across the Auckland Community. Unwind with our afternoon string series, or the upbeat sounds of the Turnaround DJs.

Enjoy the festive spirit of gospel choirs, acoustic musicians, and lively Pacific Island dance and drumming. From marimbas and ukuleles to brass bands and steel pan drums Christmas in the Square has something on offer for every Aucklander.

Including performances from The Nukes, Turnaround DJ Andy JV, Pasifika Sway, The Pride of Auckland Chorus, Lil Saintz Dance Crew, Play it Strange, The Caribbeanz Southern Stars Steelband, Rhythms of Africa and much much more!

And for the first time ever, Aotea Square will be home to the urban Christmas Markets; consisting of stalls of all things needed for Christmas day. Artisan foods, Christmas wreaths, baking, preserves, gifts, decorations and Christmas trees. 10am – 6pm, twilight days Thurs & Fri until 8pm, 12-24 December.
