Christmas At The Bowl 2011

There is another fun-filled family evening planned for this year’s Christmas At The Bowl - Taranaki’s own celebration of Christmas with a host of talent from around the province guaranteed to entertain!

Gates open at 5pm to this iconic venue so bring along the family and your picnic dinner to really enjoy the atmosphere of the evening. Pre-show entertainment commences at 7pm with the biggest Taranaki Variety Show on stage at 8pm. Bring your best singing voice to join in with all the great Christmas carols as well as being entertained by some of the region’s most exciting performers. Of course, Marigold and her magical faerie friends will be on hand to collect your letters to Santa and the special man himself will be making a guest appearance sometime during the evening.

Entry is by gold coin donation with candles & holders provided at the venue. Around 9:30pm sit back, gaze skywards and enjoy our Christmas At The Bowl Fireworks Spectacular. As the first night of the 2011/2012 TSB Bank Festival Of Lights exit via Pukekura Park and really make a special night of it!

This is definitely a night to mark in your diary now - an event for the community by the community and something that everyone can afford to do with their family to celebrate the festive season.
