Ancient Egyptians, indigenous people and wise beings from all ages recognise the heart as the centre of higher intelligence.

The Heart Math institute research shows the heart is made up of 60% neuron cells so can transmit and receive nervous impulses. The heart puts out an EMS (electro-magnetic force) 5000 times greater than the EMS of the brain - that gives your heart centre a great deal more connection and capacity than your head.

Through the exercises you will be able to still your mind and your awareness will drop from your head to your heart. From this place of greater insight you will be able to reflect on your current reality and make choices to uplift your life. You will be able to explore an aspect of your life that you wish to bring into greater harmony and balance. This may be to do with health, relationships, life direction, business or simply a state of being.
