There is nothing nicer than enjoying a hearty soup with sides or some delicious rustic bread - it's nature's way of making winter bearable! Soups are a nutritious and comforting food that look and smell great but don't take too long to create and can be very economical to make. The emphasis for this course is on soups being the 'whole' meal!
