This course focuses on creating small flowers and wired floral sprays. You will learn how to make realistic flowers including orchids, ivy leaves, bouvardia, roses and rose buds.These kind of decorations look stunning on more formal cakes such as wedding, anniversary or christening cakes. This course is suitable for students who have completed a beginners' course or have some experience in cake decorating.
