ReQuest, Bubblegum, Sorority and The Royal Family

ReQuest, Bubblegum, Sorority and The Royal Family will be dancing on stage live in a free event at the TelstraClear Pacific Events Centre in Manukau.

Celebrating their massive victory at the Hip Hop Dance Championship 2011 in Las Vegas, Bubblegum (Gold Medal, Junior Division), Sorority (Gold Medal, Varsity Division), The Royal Family (Gold Medal, 14-140 Dancers Division) and ReQuest (Silver Medal, Adult Division) will be performing their winning sets at the Genesis Energy Theatre. All crews dance out of The Palace Dance Studio and are choreographed by Parris Goebel.

"It's just going to be an amazing evening. No one has seen the crews live since we’ve come back so we’re looking forward to performing at TelstraClear Pacific,” says Palace Dance Studios manager Brett Goebel.

“We’ve done so much work with the venue in the past and this really feels like a homecoming for us. All of us are excited in sharing this event with everyone.”

“We are really pleased to give the dance crews the support to be able to go to the Las Vegas championships,” says TelstraClear Pacific CEO Richard Jeffery. “We encourage everyone to come along and watch a fantastic gig featuring the world’s best.”
