Rising from the ashes of the critically acclaimed “The Septembers,” Hawks & Doves is set to write a new chapter in New Zealand music.
Former Septembers front man and songwriter Anthony Stretch is combining his talents with those of British born Mark Baker. A collaboration that is sure to produce a song writing partnership with exciting potential, and a stage present that will surely make “Hawks & Doves” a must-see must-hear band.
With the melodic traits of the best British pop and the rhythmic groove of vintage Americana, their sound is an addictive mix.
Hawks & Doves' full line up is Anthony Stretch - lead vocal and guitar, Mark Baker - lead guitar & vocal, Zaria Yusoff on bass and Steven Grey on drums.
