‘Viva La Voice’ is a concert by Waikato’s premier chorus groups Mighty River Harmony and The Waikato Rivertones, as well as top performers from the Young Singers in Harmony competition.
Mighty River Harmony is a chorus of 70 men who sing four-part harmony in the barbershop style. They have won numerous national awards and in September will be competing at the Pan-Pacific Convention in Brisbane.
The Waikato Rivertones are New Zealand’s current champion four-part harmony chorus, heading to Denver next year to compete in the world championships.
Come along and enjoy an afternoon of pure musical pleasure and experience Waikato’s premier chorus groups, with all proceeds from the concert going towards Arthritis New Zealand.
