Stretch & Play for Mum & Baby

Stretch and play is a natural way to exercise your body while interacting and bonding with your baby. Each movement has different levels of strength and flexibility which means anyone can do it! Your baby will also be engaged in play and movement appropriate to their development. You will leave feeling relaxed yet energised. No experience is necessary. Please bring a mat and a blanket.

There are two stand alone courses. The second series will build on the first. You will need to book into all sessions to secure your place. We are unable to offer a refund if you can’t attend one of the classes.

Jennifer Allen
Jennifer Allen has been a wellness educator for the past 10 years. Her journey began in New York City, where she was a professional dancer and dance teacher. After suffering a severe spinal injury while dancing, Jennifer began teaching classical Pilates, after using Pilates for her own personal rehabilitation. It was through her Pilates teaching that she got into studying and gaining teaching certification in yoga. She has now relocated to Auckland, her husband’s home, to soak up some New Zealand culture and plant some more permanent roots. Jennifer completed her Pre/Post Natal Yoga Certification in Byron Bay, Australia. She did pre-natal stretch through her whole pregnancy and the birth of her first child, and continues daily stretch with her beautiful 1 year old daughter, Matilda.
