Exercising during pregnancy will help to strengthen your back to reduce or eliminate back pain from carrying, help with the birth by opening the hips and groin and also increase circulation of blood around the body. These classes are designed to help with pregnancy and birth, and help to keep you safe from some poses taught in regular classes.

Recommended after the end of the first trimester for all levels from beginners to experienced women. Please bring a mat and blanket.

This is an 8-week course.

Sarah firmly believes that her daily pre-natal exercises during her pregnancy and the birth of her son gave her incredibly positive, healthy and enjoyable experiences. She now teaches pre-natal stretch and enjoys this opportunity to support other women through a very special time of their lives.
