Welcome aboard an adventure of self-discovery through the practice of intuitive meditation. A journey into your inner universe initiated through your touch, sound and breath.
In today’s time-pressurised environment and increasingly stressful lifestyle the practice of this method can help you successfully manage day-to-day challenges by learning how to redistribute your energy, to relax when needed and to transform stress into success.
The procedure is practiced by combining three key components:
- Slow and conscious, deep breathing;
- Humming the following sound: saa-roo-go-vaum;
- Providing a series of conscious and gentle touches to the 19 key energy centers of the body.
The whole sequence weaves together a beautiful symphony of touch, breath and sound, harmonising the body, mind and spirit into oneness.
