Ray Woolf with the Mike Walker Trio:
Ray Woolf needs no introduction to most New Zealanders. One of our greatest entertainers in both song and acting genres. Ray sings the great swing hits of Sinatra, Martin, Bennett and Davis, and the new swingers like Michael Buble. Plus expect a few rock 'n' roll numbers thrown in for good measure! All sung with great power and personality. A show not to be missed - last year was a sell out!
Ray will be backed by his regular trio, The Mike Walker Trio featuring Mike Walker on keys, Pete McGregor on bass, and Bruce King on drums. This trio has just won Best band award at the Variety Artists club awards evening November 2011.
