Bubbles & Bling Accessory Swap Fundraiser

Dress for Success Wellington is hosting the first accessory swap in Wellington. Welcome to accessory heaven!

There will be shoes, handbags, jewellery, scarves, belts and hats, the only thing that won’t be available are clothes. Accessories only! This is a great opportunity to trade in pieces you once loved but no longer wear to get something new to you!

The Breeze, Wellington’s easy listening radio station’s morning show diva Kath Bier will be on hand to host the day. Bubbles or a wine and light snacks will be provided for you to enjoy while listening to Daphne James discuss style and image. Daphne is arguably the most experienced image consultant in Wellington.

We encourage you to bring your pre-loved, near new jewellery, handbags, scarves, shoes, belts, hats to swap for something new to you! Come along and invite your friends, sisters, mum, aunties and even work colleagues to join you for great fun, entertainment, great food and a glass of bubbles or wine before the shopping begins!

All proceeds benefit Dress for Success Wellington. Dress for Success Wellington is a registered not-for-profit organisation that supports women in their goal to become employed by providing them with work appropriate clothing for no cost and on a more intangible level giving women confidence in themselves to succeed with this ambition and other goals they have in their life. We want to help set women on a path to self-sufficiency by offering them a "hand up, not a hand out".
