One for the chocoholics. This month we’ve invited a guest chef to demonstrate the art of chocolate; dipping, moulding, rolling, tempering and paddling, followed by decorating and presentation tips. Our chocolatier will advise on suppliers in Auckland and what you should buy to produce the best quality chocolates in time for Easter.

Venue: Top Floor Lopdell House.

This event was a huge success! Our Thanks to Oscar from Philippe's Chocolates for demonstrating some of her wonderful ways with chocolate.
