Visit the site of the Tui Mines on Mt Te Aroha. Learn the history of mining since the 1880's and see the work being done to clean up and protect mountain streams from the waste products. Duration: 4 hours; Track grading: 2; Car pool to Tui Rd car park. Gold coin donation appreciated.
