One of Nelson's largest events returns in April 2011. This year the Expo will feature cooking demonstrations, a demo & seminar zone, a ‘Taste of Your Region’ area and much more with over 120 sites on offer.

There is a large focus on shopping so ladies don’t leave that Eftpos card at home. At one site you can buy natural skincare while at another you can sample food & wine. Around the corner on a different site you can try on NZ designer clothing, have your hair straightened and yet on another, you can check out the latest in new cars. With over 120 sites there is something for everyone. Bring your friends, mothers or daughters or simply enjoy a day to spoil yourself.”

This year's expo features some well known nationwide companies as well as some fantastic local companies who will be showcasing their products and providing great expo specials. Renee Murray, one of the organiser's of the expo says “there are some fabulous companies in this region that many of us don’t know about because we simply don’t drive past that area or have always been meaning to visit but we get sidetracked with daily life and never get there. The expo allows you to discover these companies in one fun day.”
