Christian choirs from many different ethnic communities come together and share songs of worship in their own languages during this special service organised by the Nelson Multicultural Council.

Many of the singers are visiting orchard workers from the Pacific Islands and include choirs from Aotearoa New Zealand, Tonga, Samoa, Cook Islands, Fiji, Vanuatu, The Philippines, Korea , Chin State and Myanmar. Rainbow Praise is a chance to see and hear how other people worship with music.
