The 2011 Annual Museums Aotearoa Conference (MA11) will be held in Nelson, co-hosted by The Suter Art Gallery and Nelson Provincial Museum 13-16 April.

This year's theme is Collecting Culture. In additiion, the 2011 New Zealand Museum Awards celebrate the great work of museums -small and large- up and down the country.

Entries close 24 February, 2011 and the awards ceremony will be held at the MA11 conference
