How prayer works and how to use it.
Prayer is a natural response for people faced with an apparently impossible task or situation that seems to require a greater power than they possess.
In our own lives there are times when we feel powerlessly caught in the storms of life and need strength, guidance and inspiration. There are times when we have a heartfelt desire to help others, but feel that words and actions alone are not enough. There are times when we would like to change the world, but seem helpless in the face of world events - war, conflict, inhumanity, disease and natural disasters.
In this workshop you will be taught:
● What prayer is
● How it works
● The correct, metaphysical way to pray
● How to construct your own prayers
● Some correctly devised prayers you can use
You will learn how to perform the following types of prayer:
● Personal guidance and inspiration
● Healing for others
● Helping the world
● Mantra
● The mystical practice of The Twelve Blessings
Recommended reading: The Magic of Healing by Richard Lawrence.
Presented by Tanya Solberg.
