Many of the best UK comedians that arrive at our annual Comedy Festival have more than one string to their bow. Not only is Eddy Brimson one of the UK circuit's most in demand headline acts working regularly with all the leading promoters, he is also a prolific author with 7 best selling sports books selling over 220,000 copies in the UK alone.

Eddy is equally in demand worldwide. He played the first ever Altitude Festival in the French Alps in 2008 and the Sydney Cracker Festival in Australia. Eddy has also taken his comedy to such far flung places as Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain. He once even played a gig naked! His books have been translated in to both Italian and Russian.

Eddy makes his festival debut here in 2011 appearing in the popular showcase, The Big Show, at the Comedy Chamber.

He will also be performing his own solo show, ‘Words and Numbers’ in The Classic Studio.
