"I have been making things for most of my life. I am a sculptor and my medium has been ceramics. I have a curiosity about how human identities are formed which has led me to research areas that might underpin the formation of identity. Therefore I am interested in how we form rituals, how cultures operate, what drives us and my area of present research is how we respond corporeally to loss. At present I am at Unitec and am completing a Master of Design (by project)."... Annie McIver
